Responsibilities to support SSJ-100 and MS-21 Russian civil aircraft programs: Contact for the Customers on every need/request/problem; Drawing up and coordinate with both sides long-term, mid-term and small value Contracts, Annexes and Amendments to them; Participating in multilateral negotiations and technical meetings, as well as exhibitions, presentations, press events; Process quotations to the customers; Developing the whole chain of a non-standard order fulfilment processes within company; Where applicable adopting standard company’s procedures to fulfill Russian market features; Export Control procedures observation; Forming the price list; Provide monthly reports/growth and opportunity list/risk list/forecast list/ build rates; Organizing and leading problem shooting teams; As the main commercial person of the USA company performing on Russian market i need to overcome the differences in cultural, political, business conducting views. My approach - these are not Customer/Supplier relationship, but partnership, which requires determination from both sides. Every hurdle should be reviewed and resolved within the best balance for both sides. Main focus on looking forward on how the problem can be solved, opposite to finding the guilty side.
