Presenting Roadmap and next steps to main users. o Planning new architecture for GUI and Server components with implementing Cloud approach and High availability mode solution. o New features implementation planning and prioritization, release management control and Roadmap planning. - People Management (30+ staff headcount) o Hiring process (CV review, TI+PMI, Client introducing, Offering) o Monitoring and control employee work: Individual performance plan, probationary period for new comers, planning budget for promotion and reimbursement for achievements and considerable contribution. o Creating retention strategy and career development, Goals setting, Monitor motivation of employees, Team building capabilities, o Attrition reducing causes analysis and mitigation.
Projects/Achievements: Credit Risks Analysis department RA (UBS):
Development and maintenance solution for Risk Analytics as the core analytical
engine and associated infrastructure within UBS used to compute Counterparty
Credit Exposure (CE) and Credit Valuation Adjustments (CVA). Two Dev teams
consist of 20 + employees. Full SDLC life cycle from the gathering business
requirements (BRD) till providing Pull requests and UAT support and Impact analysis.
Migration MS Exchange 2010 to 2016, Migration MS SharePoint portal 2010 to
2016, Migration DocWeb portal 2010 to 2016:
The migration of the current version of MS Exchange, MS SharePoint, DocWeb to
the latest version across the world UBS infrastructure. All projects running as
program with distribution resources, deadlines, and stage gates control. Main
goals to migrate 13 000 sites in SharePoint portal, integration more than 80
depending applications with new Exchange Server 2016 and migration all Mail
boxes and share folders. Migration DB Oracle for DocWeb portal to the IaaS
(DBaaS). Transfer all depended application to the REST API. Team more than 15
Engineers located Poland, USA, Switzerland, and London. Several Sub-Contractors
(HPE, OpenTest, Microsoft).
UBS, “Clarion” project – Development and maintenance of more than 100
customer teams, UBS, “Tools” project – L3 Support and Performance improvement
of Capacity test tools, consisting of more than 6 applications:
Develop and maintain two projects in the International Bank Investment field in
the Cash Equities department. The Performance automation project consists of inmemory
data management system used to monitor all operation processes and
special performance tool components allow the bank to implement and maintain
their production operation systems in high availability mode, necessary level of
responding and providing required SLA.
The project is highly complex due to a different stack of technologies for many
components, which are custom developed with Java, .Net, C++, Python, HTML5,
Angular 1. With infrastructure on Linux, Windows and Sun OS. Collaboration with a
remote management team in London with different clients (more than 100+) around
the world (EMEA, EPAC, USA, UK).
