Financial Control of a Business Devision Month / Quarter / Year-end reporting - timely execution of all period-end related activities (PL and BS) - managing reporting process ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency and dead-line compliance Budgeting and Forecasting - managing the budgeting process, data collection, assessment and validation - proactive preparation of OPEX and P&L forecasts for respective BU - plan-fact analysis Business Support - proactive delivery on all BU and corporate reporting and ad-hoc requirements - continuous improvement and harmonization of financial process within BU - providing legal, HR and local contractual advice as required, liaising with external partners where necessary - ensuring financial awareness and compliance responsibilities among non-finance employees Audit - provision of all necessary information requested by auditors

Treasury Consulting

Centralization of treasury functions after acquisition, including: - Establishing internal Treasury and Finance policies and procedures for all Russian businesses (4); - Centralization of Currency control functions and reduction the number of violations to nought; - Centralization of Payments and Payment systems; Cash Management - ­Preparation of cash flow forecasts on a daily/weekly/monthly/yearly basis; ­- Preparation of cash flow variances analysis; ­- Preparation of liquidity and exposure reports; ­- Cash centralization in the most efficient way; ­- Taking part on various projects for financial forecasts; Foreign currency transactions & hedging ­- Implementation of Commodities and Currency hedging; ­- Liaison with the relationship banks on all administrative matters; ­- Maturity dates monitoring; ­- Liaison with external consultants regarding the legal requirements of such deals; ­- Provision the Senior Management with deal analysis on request; ­- Advise in relation to the accounting for such deals; Financing ­- Liaison with HQ and the relationship banks in order to set-up and monitor loan agreements; ­- Ensuring the timely payment of interest and repayments; ­- Ensuring that interest is correctly accounted for; Bank transactions ­- Ensuring that all payments are made on time and according to legislation; ­- Preparation of legally required documents to make rouble and currency payments, ­- Preparation of documents to pay to other accounts of the company (tax, customs, credits etc.); ­- Contact with the bank currency control department in relation to service payment issues as well as the receipt and payment of credits. In addition to the Treasury also worked on other financial projects such as Cost Centers implementation and Month-end process of a non-operating plant, regularly participated and presented at Management Meetings.

- Development of an automated SAB Treasury reporting framework; - ­Production of monthly, quarterly treasury reports to HQ; - ­Compilation of local treasury policy; ­- Ensuring correct levels of liquidity within predefined guidelines; ­- Development of currency exposure reporting; - ­Treasury activities monitoring: liquidity risks; interest rate-risk; market risks.

- Daily communications with banks and establishing of relations with new banks; - Daily monitoring of Company cash flow position; - Daily, weekly, monthly Cash Flow reporting and forecasting; - Management of loans and loan agreements with banks and i/co loans; - Assistance in implementation of centralized treasury system in affiliated Company.
