- Learning & Development, internal communications, employer branding, corporate culture, hosting internal and staff competitions in the Department of Finance (up to 5000 employees). - Ensuring consistent, timely and seamless delivery and implementation of Bank core talent programs and strategies in cooperation with HR partners. - Developing and setting the learning strategy and priorities in the department: in collaboration with regional and HO-teams to analyze business demands, align concepts, design and drive the implementation of L&D solutions. Implementation of the best practices in learning and development. Monitoring of training program’s effectiveness. - Planning and organization individual and group training programs, meetups, maintaining training budget. Organization of professional competition for more than 2000 employees with different types of assessment. 2. Participation in the preparation for the 7th Financial Literacy Week 2021 as part of the traditional global campaign "Global Money Week" with the support of the Ministry of Finance of Russia and the Bank of Russia 3. Participation in the "Sberbank for Children and Parents" employee care program (content creation, speaker selection; organizing "Future mothers" and "Conscious fatherhood" meetings, "Smart Weekend in Sberbank Corporate University" and "Open Prospects Day” for the employees' children. 4. Launching career guidance sessions for the employees' children with examples of financial projects.

- Creating and executing marketing strategy from scratch, experimenting with various marketing and growth methods. Achieving growth in all key financial KPIs: Net sales, Profit margin, Contribution. - Maintaining Learning & Development function for the requests from Sberbank top-managers (worldwide conferences, MBA, Stanford programs etc). - Designing educational programs with guest experts, corporate events, weekend and holiday programs for families and children. - Managing external and internal training sessions for the Government, State Duma, Regional Administrations of Russia. - Developing educational programs, trainings and corporate educational solutions. "United Russia" party congress, Session of the State Duma with participation of the Head of Government of the Russian Federation. 2. “Сontemporary management for Government administrations at the age of Digital economics” for the parliament of the Republic of Moldova with the participation of the President of Moldavia; Workshop for the Ministry of the Russian Far East and Arctic Development, Nationwide Manager contest «Leaders of Russia» (semi-final), “Сontemporary technologies in management” for the Republic of Tatarstan. 3. - Organization of the exhibition "The viennacontemporary" in cooperation with one of the chairmen. - Participation in various European exhibitions of contemporary art: The Venice Biennale, the Salzburg Festival, the Vienna Fair, cultural forums in Moscow (program preparation, negotiations with VIP-guests, art galleries, etc). - Development of the communication plan, project support in professional communities. - CRM database maintenance, communication events organization, business breakfasts, press conferences. - Administrative support: papers for the Board, presentations, accounting documents.
