Had worked as a worker for 3 month in heat treatment munufactory. Tasks: *Controlling of heat treatment and chemical heat treatment processes, determining of regimes to get desired result for clients. Achivements: *Learned how to conduct heat treatment and chemical-heat treatment in salt bath. *Created Exel-databases of results all our experiments in heat treatment and chemical-heat treatment. Our company needs it to set right parameters of heat treatment when client asking us to make special properties on his details. In present i'm working as office employee. Tasks: *Write technical instructions for our chemical-heat processes *Consulting clients in field of heat treatment and chemical-heat treatment to help them make a right choice in our services. *Drawing equipment our company producing (equipment for nitrocarburizing which includes modules of preparing, chemical-heat treatment, ecological). *Design posters with 3D models for scientific conferences and adverts. *And finally I'm working on optimization of technology of boriding steel in salt bath (analisys of data, researching of resulats, changing chemical composition of salt bath) Achivements: *Learned how to help our clients to chose right technology of heat treatment or right way of surface modification for their parts. *Learned how to choose optimal technology to achieve necessary results. *Learned how work equipment for liquid nitrocarburizing, carburizing, diffusion chromium-plating and boriding.

Working on state contracts: 1) combined chemical heat treatment of heat-resistant steel used in aviation gearboxes (increasing endurance strength and wear resistance). 2) technology of chemical-heat treatment of titanium alloy for hydraulic systems of submarine (increasing abrasive and cavitation wear resistance) 3) technology of vacuum nitriding heat-resistant steels.
