Having studied Quantitative Finance has definitely widened the scope of my interests. They vary from economics to sheer mathematics, from corporate finance to programming. Since I was a child, I have always been intrigued by computers and cerebral games like chess, bridge, strategies in which one should think a couple of moves ahead. My passion as a matter of course has turned to the financial markets and trading. The hundreds of hours I have spent in front of a computer as a child, playing games or programming, have turned today to hundreds of hours spent watching price feeds and trying to beat the market. In my free time I like to read books (like 'When Genius Failed' or 'The Rogue Trader' - my favourite) and to study languages. I am a regular fitness gym visitor and also a passionate motorcyclist, spending my weekends often on race tracks around Austria.
