In 1989 however Ayjaz had also set up on the side his own private limited company, under name & style of M/S E.M. Group, which included E.M. International (Pvt.) Ltd and transferred there onto not only all his existing Agencies + Foreign Technical Representations, from The Karachi Company (Pvt.) Ltd, but also managed to get quite a few new agencies for newer products, launching them successfully. He is especially good in Wind Technolgy, Wave Power Generation Technology, Solar PV Panels and Solar Thermal, Railways modernization Including handling of modern container freight cars by truck & self propelled cranes, rubber tyred and rail mounted gantry cranes, container handlers/reachstackers.

On entering the commercial world Ayjaz also started assisting in his family owned Company The Karachi Company (Pvt.) Ltd, as General Manager Sales & Projects. This was a very well known and most reputable Trading, Indenting and Foreign Technical Representation, limited liability corporation of Pakistan, previously British owned & established in 1962, as a successor of the famous Bombay Company (Pvt.) Ltd, which was established & registeredchartered in undivided Sub Continent, as far back as 1886, as a wholly owned subsidiary of famous Scottish Merchant Bankers, M/S Wallace Brothers Holdings Limited. The Karachi Company, had over the years very ably and most successfully represented and rendered all sorts of Technical Sales and After Sales assistance to its foreign Principals/Manufacturers and sold a host of items, both in the Commercial as well as restricted Defence Production Divisions, including but not limited to Viscount Aircrafts, Civil Aviation Radars, Railway Rolling Stock & Wagons, Switch Gear and Electric Power Production equipment, Mobile, Truck Mounted and Harbour Mobile Cranes + Bulk Unloaders, Yard & Terminal Container Handling Equipment, Diving Equipment and both above as well as underwater safety, rescue and other types of breathing apparatus/equipment, Traction and Special Purpose Batteries, Oil Field Equipment + a large variety of OTHER STORES, besides handling complete projects both in the government as well as the large private Corporate Sectors.

Worked for virtually all relevant Civil Law Practice departments including Conveyancing, Banking, Probate, Corporate, Admiralty, Trade Marks and Patients, Immigration, Oil and Gas Concession Negotations + Agreements, Arbitration Matters and Mediation-relatively a very new concept in this country at the time, Foreign Investment advices in the fields of Energy, Power, Defence Production, Registration of Foreign Companies Branch & Liaison Offices and their renewals etc + naturally attending to litigation matters, at the High Court, both before the Registrar as well as assisting his senior colleagues and firm’s partners in the fields of Admiralty, Corporate + Sales Tax Cases and Tort / Personal Indemnity matters
