- Leading of the Business Continuity Project - Checking results with the IT and Infrastructure function holders - Approving results with the headquarters - Preparing presentation materials - Preparing Quarterly/Year financial reports - Preparing presentations and reports of the financial and business data for the company managers - Preparing data for the external reviews and analysis for PR financial reports and sharing information with other mobile/fix operators - Preparing and approving contracts with the partners - Organizing events, cooperation with the event agencies, service providers, - Launching process from choosing the supplier (according to company policies) to final payment status. - Preparing all prepayment and post payment documents.

- Responsible for Financial closing of business cycles; - Outlook planning, monitoring and tracking of results; - Monthly analysis and comments vs Actual, Forecast, Budget; - Monthly Forecast updates; - Provision accounting control for P&L; - Monthly and Quarterly Royalty calculation; - Business Cases calculation, their margin estimations; (as well as EBITDA, Margin, NPV, IRR) − Developing and establishing of financial policies and procedures − Preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually Group reporting package − Participation and catering of budget process, tendencies, long range planning, feasibility studies. - Cost reduction, negotiation with project managements − Preparation and submission of local financial statements − Classify all revenues, costs, assets and liabilities in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and in a manner consistent with overall corporate standards − Financial control and analysis of activities of Branches and Divisions - Preparation presentation materials, management report. - Contract negotiations - Control outstanding payments - Work in Oracle, SAP, 1C, other ERP systems
