Since working on my own startup didn’t bring any profit, I decided to involve in the product design for other companies. I was creating a full UI/UX design for both Android and iOS applications, was assisting the founder in search for needed professionals in the field, consulted and leaded the entire UX creation process. The latest highlight of this project is it won $800,000 worth of investing. I’m really glad that our collective efforts have caught attention of the investors. Generally speaking about my work experience associated with Arise CA, I was involved in projects from the West as well as from Europe. Очень рад, что труды не напрасны) Были клиенты из запада и европы, но все это не приносило мне большого удовольствия, так как не было команды, вместе с которой мы бы обсуждали и делали действительно крупный проект

The main goal of the project was to analyse infrastructure. Since it was an interesting idea, we won a place in Business Incubator in IT park in Kazan - special place and conditions for project development, good exposure to attract investors. I was responsible for all the matters regarding design - branding, presentations, web application etc. While working on this project I gained valuable experience and knowledge, also got a chance to polish my professional skills further. In addition to taking care of all issues related to creative design, I was also assisting with contacts and discussions with developers who were selected to join the team. Thus I was also involved in project management; some of my duties included but were not limited to setting up calls with various stake holders, presenting our project at demos, leading internal retrospectives with the team. Some of the tools that we were using are Trello, Basecamp, Invision and others. One of our main achievements in this project is first place in calvert forum which enabled us to go to London and cooperate with Business Incubators there. --- Проект занимался оценкой инфраструктуры. Мы выиграли место в IT парке, бизнес инкубаторе и уже непосредственно работали там. Я отвечал полностью за дизайн и все что с ним связано, начиная с брендинга и презентациями, заканчивая web приложением. Получил много опыта и знаний, работая в этом проекте. Помогал контактами и вел переговоры с разработчиками. Так как был опыт в Project Management, устраивал созвоны, презентовал проект на demo, делал ретроспективы внутри команды. В основном работа с Trello, Basecamp, InVision Выиграли на calvert forum первое место!

The company is based in New Orleans, USA with another office in Kazan, Russia where I was working. The projects were very diverse, interesting and complex which was actually very attractive for me. The projects were mainly from the USA, thus I had a great chance to improve my English language skills in addition to creative skills. My main responsibilities in the company were creating prototypes and mockups as well as creation of the final design. My goal was not only to follow the direction that was outlined by our clients, but also to provide suggestions for improvement of UI and UX. In addition to my main responsibilities, I also enjoyed taking an active part in the daily life of the company. Therefore I was coming up and helping with organisation of various corporate parties and events, where I was inviting professional designers, developers and sometimes just interesting people to share their ideas with our FS team. There events were called Rebase Day. Thus many people were coming to us, we exchanged our experiences and ideas. --- FlatStack это компания из Нового Орлеана, США. Делал видео презентацию для проектов в AE Кроме работы в компании, я люблю заниматься активной деятельностью внутри компании. Придумывал различные мероприятия, помогал в организации корпоративов, звал выступать на лекции профессиональных дизайнеров, разработчиков и просто интересных людей. Называлось это RebaseDay. Приходило много людей из других компании, мы общались и все были довольны

I was dreaming of getting into this team, thus soon after I got employed by Mark Weber and found out that SmartHead is willing to take me, I didn’t think much and joined their team. The projects were very diverse and my main role was to create prototypes and interfaces for iOS apps and promotional web-sites as well as work on updating the existing web-sites of large companies. At that time my role model was Fantasy Interactive (http://fantasy.co/) company. They were creating amazing case studies that were inspiring me with the way they are handling work, paying attention to details and creating presentations for their projects. That’s why I was initiating and taking lead in creating big UI kits for projects and creating documentation for developers. --- До этого еще проработал неделю в студии Mark Weber, но как только сказали, что меня взяли в SmartHead сразу же ушел туда, так как очень мечтал попасть в эту компанию. Проекты были разные, проектировал и рисовал iOS приложение для доставки суши, делал промо сайты, осуществлял обновление уже работающих сайтов для крупных компаний. Daring & Young company was my first work place. The company is rather small, thus I was involved in many different processes: I was working not only on design, but also on the development. To be more specific I was not only involved in prototyping and creating designs but also in preparing the complete mark-ups of the web-sites; once even worked on CMS for one of the projects. Speaking of back-end development the great assistance to me was linda.com online resource, where I gained some more theoretical and practical knowledge for the back-end development. At that time I also enjoyed creating animations for web-sites using jQuery. --- Это мое первое место работы. Полностью верстал сайты, однажды даже сделал CMS для одного из проектов. По back-end разработке очень помог сайт lynda.com. Любил в то время делать анимации на сайтах при помощи jQuery
