- Provide and deliver application support to British American Tobacco(BAT) Russia, ensuring that internal and Managed Service Providers (MSP) continuously meet or exceed contracted service targets, undertaking remedial action for any contractual breaches as appropriate - Ensure applications services are aligned with current BAT Russia business requirements, specifying and negotiating new or changed service contracts or terminating agreements as required. - Ensure that new solutions whereas handed over to support have appropriate SLAs (Service Level agreement) created. - Ensure methodologies, processes, procedures, and metrics are consistently used within the IT services organization to guarantee consistent delivery of projects and services on time, on budget, and of high quality. - Recruit, manage and guide all staff reporting to job holder in order to achieve continuous improvement in the motivation, quality and capabilities of the team - Improve customer satisfaction with IT services delivered.

Accountabilities: - Deliver projects in required time, budget and quality - Analyze business requirements - Analyze and design the project solution, in line with the IT strategy, Prince II methodology - Develop an approved, formal projects and initiatives plan and budget, committing the planned projects to be delivered. - Plan, schedule and continuously monitor the tasks and resources needed to deliver the solution within agreed cost, quality and time - Manage the risks - Take responsibility for overall progress and use of resources - Select, recruit, lead and motivate the project team to achieve the project objectives - Identify and obtain any support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project - Act as Change Manager in the projects where there is/might be a conflict of interests. - Provide solid and regular input in to IT Demand planning process. - Provide any Follow-on Action Recommendations required and Lessons Learned analysis.

Accountabilities: - Develop and implement British American Tobacco (BAT) Russia IT Security strategy - Ensure safeguards do not allow BAT to experience a competitive disadvantage because of a major breach in security - Ensure that all IT projects are conducted in line with BAT Best Practices, and fully utilize benefits of existing solutions and Global Common Platforms. - Ensure that deployed hardware and software is safe, secure, protected, and recoverable. - Ensure that e-Business and e-Commerce initiatives are safe and secure. - Build strong relationships with senior management to ensure security and disaster recovery efforts are focused towards the priority business objectives. - Build strong relationships with BAT Global IT and Global Security to ensure that BAT Russia stays up-to-date on ever changing and threatening security issues. - Responsible for BAT Russia’s disaster recovery process. - Responsible for all BAT Russia IT Security issues.
