Following key responsibilities: • managed contractors works, in the event of delays impacting the critical path schedule, found corrective actions with Contractors. • reviewed applications for payment by Contractor (KS forms, invoices) • contract management and contract correspondence • scheduled and conducted meetings to discuss construction procedures, progress and scheduling with Contractor • took part in coordinating the processing of change orders • took part in inspections of the works and prepared of a detailed list (the "Punchlist") specifying any items that require completion, installation or repair. • took part in commissioning of a facilities
