Flexcube Core Banking system implementation in one of the largest Lithuanian bank, responsible for testing activities in different areas and different phases: - Responsible for Test strategy definition and execution management under Test Manager supervision; - Prepare testing progress status reports for the project management (using Excel and VBA); - Test progress monitoring and plan adjustment during each testing phase and pass; - Testing tools (HP Quality Center) control and process improvement for every day activities and reporting needs; - Support and monitor test analysts work to ensure that testing is on time; - Facilitate and assist Test Leads as for the resolution of day-by-day issues related to testing; - Work with application and technical architecture teams to plan Product and User Acceptance tests; Operational Readiness Test; - Prepare together with environment leads test environment requirements and its preparation completely and on time; - Work closely with Release Managers on scope definition and approve deployments to test and production environments.

FlexCube core bank system implementation in Ukrsotsbank (member of UniCredit Group): - Integration with existing satellite systems in a bank; - Data Migration from Legacy applications into new Core banking system and into local GL. Application developed allows to extract source data from a wide variety of systems automatically (Databases, CSV,XLS, DOC or TXT-files, internet surfing, etc); it also integrates a Natural Language Processing (NLP) engine, sentiment analysis, text-mining operations: automatic categorization (using predefined rules or Machine-Learning procedures), clustering and fact extraction to deliver content into a standard off-the-shelf database. This database is optimized for analytics and pre-configured to provide industry and function specific reports and metrics through any leading business intelligence software (Cognos, Microstrategy, BusinessObjects). As result, it allows to extend the analytical capabilities of unstructured data and spend more time analyzing and less time retrieving data from unstructured sources. The main goal of the project is to support and maintain MVS and UNISYS version of the Telcordia facility assignments and control system. * LFACS (Loop Facility & Assignment Control System) sub-project. LFACS is an inventory and Assignment System for the outside plant facilities which support DS0-level services. 1. Maintains an inventory of customer locations and outside plant facilities which serve each location; 2. Selects compatible facilities for service activation; 3. Support address maintenance functions. * SOAC (Service Order Analysis & Control) sub-project. SOAC controls the automated flow of service orders through the provisioning systems. SOAC translates Universal Service Orders (USO) received from the Service Order Processor into Assignment Requests * LFACS AN (Address Negotiation) sub-project is a data management application which provides a single source for all service negotiation address information as well as working and pending services, and soft dial tone and Connect Thru (CT) availability. Main functional points: 1. Conduct regression testing of mainframe application using customer's in-house testing automation tools 2. Developed and executed test plans; 3. Analyze system requirements and develop automated test scripts for legacy and Java applications using Telcordia MYNAH, and Segue Silk Test tools respectively; 4. Report and track test results; 5.
