(Veldhoven, the Netherlands); In addition to many of lithography machine's integration projects, the main developments are: 1) Cost of Goods reduction – the aim of the ptoject was to decrease the price of the produced lithography machines by using “old”, less complicated in production (cheaper) image sensors. I have been investigating the performance of the “old” sensor comparable to the currently used one, analyzed the data and wrote the documentation. 2) Lens Overpressure Correction – the goal of this project was to introduce an additional tool which would perform the correction of the lithography machine performance depending on the variation of the environmental conditions. I adapted theoretical model, perform the measurements and data analysis. Afterwards required for the project documentation has been written by me as well.

"Charge Transfer Dynamics in Novel Conjugated Systems". University of Groningen, Groningen, the Netherlands The research program carried out and described in the PhD thesis focuses on the optical experimental research which goal is to understand the fundamental processes, which take place in perspective organic photovoltaics (OPV) materials. These materials are represented by variety of novel conjugated systems from push-pull polymers to the small molecules and star-shaped oligomers. Research utilizes different types of optical tests and measurements: UV/VIS/IR steady state spectroscopy, fluorescence lifetime experiments and different kinds of non-linear spectroscopies, as well as some chemistry and polymers knowledge. On the other hand it provides me a solid background in optical engineering together with the design and implementation of experimental setups in the lab.

The main goal of this job was setting up, optimization and management of modern wireless and optical fiber communication systems (Alcatel-Lucent SDH/PDH systems) for the key “Gazprom” energy projects. The managed objects have been usually the oil and gas pipelines like “Blue Stream” and ect. My direct task was programming of wireless/optical fiber access and testing of telecom equipment. Moreover, I was involved in hardware setting up of a new spare (receivers, transmitters, multiplexes) inventory and sourcing of spares locally for new and existing product spares inventory. Additionally I was involved in communication with leading telecom companies and their representatives in Russia and weekly meetings and reports to the Chief Engineering Maintenance Manager.
