Currently I am leading my own Company with my Partner. This Role included a lot of specific activities especially at start-up period, which almost all have been managed by myself (legislation, costs, budget, investment, equipment purchasing, team hiring, Vendors and customers partnership, rent, leasing and many more..); Also it is very labor-intensive when special Project running (Faces & Laces, Tattoo Convention, Park Live etc. – we are usually participating in many Moscow Festivals as Food Partners). In everyday sustain I am the owner of all business processes and I am responsible for its correctness and fulfillment; I am also proceed some business optimizations and changes, developments; enhance business; train and develop people.

I was responsible for building Tueffelsberg Tower in Gorky Park in Moscow, have been a single point of contact for all players of the Project (Louder agents and management, Adidas management, Gorky Park management, Organizers and many more). I had to start the works, go in live with the project (all equipment to be successfully set up and tested, tower is built, employees are trained) and create a final report and presentation for Louder and Adidas at the end. It was very interest and challengeable project.

I was a Team Lead and Shop Chief in several “Respublica” Shops in Moscow, have opened some new trade points in Moscow and St.Petersburg. My core responsibilities was to manage and train people, prepare financial reports, Sales Plan execution and sales analysis, participation in many different projects. This role is a most challengeable in Company and it gave me precious experience and knowledge. All my way I`ve been showing strong results here.

Basically it was a role of Marketing Specialist combining with Project Management. I had to execute all untypical and non-standard Projects here. For instance collaborations with many different brands (goods producing, marketing activities etc.), discount programs, Partnerships (with famous persons and celebrities, Vendors etc.), special projects (shiping-container pop-up store in Gorky Park). I even had an experience of concert organization and other special activities (movie creation, advertising production, festivals, championships, autograph-sessions and many more).

Sales manager role in many shops, I had a permanent career increase during this role. My activities and responsibility smoothly grew up from sales manager to shop administrative. Role is close to Lead Manager but with less powers.
