Microelectronics Engineer
My job is to study a silicon-nanowire field-effect transistor based on silicon-on-insulator, that is made using CMOS-compatible methods, as a prospect for biomedicine applications. Successful fabrication of high-perfomance devices were achieved, and important characteristics such as VAC, gate characteristics, noises in a diverse range of frequencies and others were obtained.
