F2Pool is China’s first mining pool and is currently one of the global leaders in the crypto mining industry. F2Pool mined almost one million Bitcoin and five million Ethereum, and supports mining for more than 40 digital currencies. As Creative Director, I worked closely with the graphic design and marketing department to deliver engaging content that meets the expectations of our customers. I was also deeply involved in the development of F2Pool's new mining pool product. Other key responsibilities included: Building the product team from scratch and maximizing people's talents and their performance. Evaluating trends, assessing new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques. Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions. Shaping brand standards and creating procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate. Supervising the department's daily workflow, assigning project workload, and monitoring deadlines and budgets.

My responsibility was to improve the interface and user experience of the Upwork platform. I've also prototyped the mobile application of Upwork. I've shared my experience and learned a lot from many strong programmers, designers, marketers, and business developers.
