2008- Project manager.Starting from 2008 was nominated as a project manager for development of order and manufacturing tool for new Schindler products. In parallel with development of new product was requested by management to develop a new WEB portal which allows simple and robust order handling integrated in corporative SAP system. The new tool should provide a possibility of production management, quality check and allow to communicate with external supplyers.

2006 -2008 Working for Global Elevator Telemonitoring project. Manager of Servitel Competence center since 2007. Working in Servitel Competence Center on new Schindler project for elevator and escalator telemonitoring . Being started some years ago it had been successfully introduced in European countries and USA and it's growing rapidly . Currently it's on introduction fase in EMEA and AP (China Australia,Taivan,Japan). Together with another 2 person running this project under coordination of Schindler Locarno marketing director with cooperation with Schindler Management and R&D. I was responsible for project introduction in several countries. All products for this project had to be introduced in Locarno as a major center of Telemonitoring and Factory delivering materials to branches together with controllers. Working only in 3 persons we have to be able to manage each kind of job we are doing in team. Working under this project requires good knowledge of IT infrastructure, Elevator technologies and existing processes in all branches. Introducing project we had to adapt buisiness processes in branch taking maximum of benefits from new technology, arrange investigations of existing PSTN/GSM networks on site, carry out necessary trainings and call center update. According to feedback and experience during introduction problems were escalated by our team to R&D for following improvement and new functionality development. As a core of project our team had support from IT department, helpdesk and R&D to be engaged if necessary. Having good experience with elevators as additional activity I was responsible for another sub project of "Diagnostic via Telemonitoring" providing interface between R&D for different products to be monitored in right way (because we had a lot of different product lines) and taking part in Telemonitoring portal development working with outsourcing company planning the job and providing specification.

2004-2005 Customer service. Engineer. Working in engineering center of Help desk providing support for existing products to European countries and doing interventions to installation place to solve problem in case it's not possible to do in remote. Collaborating with R&D to test and improve products. Preparing sales offers for special cases. Doing trainings for new Schindler products and some activity for "Global telemonitoring" and "Diagnostic via telemonitoring" projects . As additional activity I was involved in procedure of introduction and certification of some Schindler products in Schindler Russia
